Kids Club
Registration for the Summer Holiday and activities has now CLOSED. No further requests will be added to the Summer Holiday Club or an activity group, as per previous Schoolcomms emails that specified the 19th of July as the deadline.
Club & activity bookings can be made until 2pm prior to the day required, if you registered prior to the deadline.
Any registration forms completed from 1pm on the 24th of July 2024 will be considered a request for a place at our term time Breakfast and After School Club.

Conditions of Booking
- We operate a payment in advance system. Bookings will only be accepted once payment has been received
- All bookings (including those covered by Childcare Vouchers) must be made online using the School Gateway Account. Kids Club staff are not able to take verbal booking instructions
- The school has the right to withdraw a child’s place on failure to pay fees.
- Parents paying by childcare vouchers have the responsibility to check their balance at the end of each month and settle their account accordingly.
- Sessions may be swapped within the half term providing that 48 hours’ notice is given, but no refunds will be given for unattended sessions.
- Parents have a responsibility to inform the school, 48 hours in advance and in writing that their children will not be attending a session, or a charge will be made. No charge will be made if a child is ill and did not attend school.
- Persistent late arrival to collect children will result in the extra period of care being charged at £10.50 per half an hour.
